- The app is genuinely useful for scheduling around a heating cycle rather than a gimmick
- White dust on furniture and dark surfaces is the single most common complaint; it needs distilled water or the separately-sold demineralisation filter to avoid it
- Pink slime in the tank within a week or two is routine if you top up rather than empty and dry between fills
